Is it Healthy to be a Vegetarian?

A vegetarian is someone who doesn’t eat meat, beef, chicken, pork, or fish. Some vegetarians may not choose to eat animal products such as eggs, milk, gelatin, or honey.
Today, many people think that be a vegetarian is not important. But actually, we must be a vegetarian because it’s healthy. To support my topic, I have two reasons they are because be a vegetarian can decreased risk of heart disease and it can decreased obesity.
My first reason is be a vegetarian can decreased risk of heart disease. Vegetarians have a lower incidence of cardiovascular than non-vegetarians.
The reason behind this is that vegetarians normally have low cholesterol levels than other people. Vegetarian can have low cholesterol levels because they eat a food which not consist many cholesterol, such as vegetables and fruits.
Fried chicken may be delicious to eat, but all that extra fat can damage your heart.
My second reason is be a vegetarian can decreased obesity. Vegetarians are less overweight than their non-vegetarian. That’s because they eat a lot of fiber which is filling but not fattening.
Be a vegetarian can help your body still be slim, so you have a good look.
I believe we should start be a vegetarian. We should start to eat many vegetables, fruits, and another healthy food and keep out from eat so many meat, beef, chicken, and another food which consist of high cholesterol. There is nothing wrong to be a vegetarian.
